We stand behind everything we make; if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate a $5.00 flat-rate shipping label through our portal, or choose to return your items to any Patagonia retail store for free.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the Ironclad Guarantee form is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
